Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity is the official NHS charity of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, which operates as a sole Corporate Trustee.
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust’s Board of Directors is responsible for all aspects of the operation and performance of the Trust, including Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity, and its effective governance. This includes setting the corporate strategy and organisational culture, taking those decisions reserved for the Board, and being accountable to stakeholders for those decisions.
All members of the Board of Directors have collective responsibility as a unitary board for every decision made.
