I am going to do the Nidderdale walk 15 miles on 18th May to raise funds for Active Against Cancer Services (AAC). They are close to my heart as I attended their exercise classes 2 years ago when being diagnosed with cancer and needing a big operation to remove the cancer. They helped me through a difficult time. The classes lifted my mental well being, meeting other people with a similar experience and improve my physical well being making me stronger so I could get back on my feet and get back to work. I feel it is a marvelous service and very valuable.
