I work as breastfeeding support within the infant feeding team in Northumberland. I am running the GNR this year because I want to make a difference and raise money to help young children and their families receive the best support possible to have a Great Start in Life.
As the footprint of HDFT has expanded across the North East of England and Yorkshire, the Great Start in Life Foundation will raise funds to enhance the Health Visitor and School Nursing service that our children, young people and their families access to ensure that our communities have a Great Start in Life.
