I am delighted that I will be taking part in the Great North Run again this year in support of the Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity. In particular, donations received will go towards the Chaplaincy at Harrogate District Hospital.
I have the pleasure and privilege of being the Chaplaincy Team Leader at the Trust. We hope to use any funds raised to provide resources that can either be given directly to patients or be made available in the Multi-Faith Centre at Harrogate District Hospital.
The photograph of me looking rather hot and sweaty was taken after I finished the Great North Run in 2022. A personal challenge this year is to beat my time of 1 hour 45 minutes, and not look worse at the end than I do in that photograph!!
